Xbox Boss makes fun of the long-awaited function

The Xbox One and the Xbox Series X | S function much better than PS4 and PS5, respectively. However, there are also many places where the Xbox consoles of both generations go back to their generational rivals. A place where Xbox needs to return to the drawing board are achievements, which are lower than the Trophies of PlayStation in almost every way. The best part of the PlayStation trophy system is the award levels, which are crowned by es current platinum trophies. There is nothing equal to platinum trophy on Xbox, but this could finally change at some point in the near future.

Speaking about Platinum Trophies and if Xbox will ever implement something similar, Xbox Project Management Director Jason Ronald confirmed that Xbox has heard comments and is something he and others in Xbox have had at the top of his minds.

We have definitely heard that feedback, Ronald said. The achievements are interesting because everyone plays differently. So we really think, how do we reward people by playing the way you want and the games you want? There are some players who simply prefer to play in multiplayer mode.. What are we doing to reward them and show progression and things like that? There are other people who like to play tons of different games, then, how do we continue and respect that investment? And then there are other people like me where I am a completer and I literally want to complete everything within a game. Therefore, it is a balance, and it is definitely an area on which we have heard some comments. There is nothing to announce today, but it is definitely the most important thing for us when we look at the way ahead.
